Accountabilities

Website management and digital experience: Own the day-to-day management of the organization's website and related digital properties, maintaining a roadmap for content updates, technical improvements, and strategic development. Manage CMS and no-code updates for articles, reports, case studies, team profiles, landing pages, and forms, while building reusable page templates and components using Framer, Webflow, WordPress, or comparable platforms.

Website quality assurance and technical support: Conduct regular quality checks across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to ensure responsive layouts, working links, functional forms, and consistent user experiences. Identify bugs and technical debt, resolve common issues independently,
