We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to manage accounts payable and support core accounting operations within a growing, multi-entity SaaS business. In this role, you will oversee vendor invoice processing, corporate card transactions, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities across multiple entities and currencies. You will work closely with vendors, budget owners, and internal accounting teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and compliance with established policies. Using tools such as NetSuite and modern spend management platforms, you will help maintain productive financial workflows and resolve discrepancies. Accountabilities

•
Accounts payable and invoice processing: Manage vendor invoices from receipt through payment preparation, including invoice verification, purchase order and contract validation, general ledger coding, and approval routing.

Vendor management: Validate vendor onboarding information, tax documentation, and banking details while maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records. Resolve vendor queries, duplicate invoices, payment exceptions, and other accounts payable discrepancies.

Corporate card and expense management: Review and code corporate and virtual card transactions to the appropriate general ledger accounts, departments, and legal entities. Follow up with cardholders for missing receipts, expense descriptions, and supporting documentation while ensuring compliance wi
