We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM skilled to design, implement, and support human capital management solutions for clients in a global IT services environment. In this role, you will translate HR business requirements into effective SAP configurations, helping organizations optimize HR operations and improve business processes. You will lead solution design, implementation activities, system enhancements, and ongoing application support across core SAP HCM modules. Working closely with clients, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure reliable integrations, high-quality delivery, and secure handling of employee data. You will also take ownership of assigned project workstreams, resolve complex functional issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Accountabilities

•
Lead requirements-gathering sessions, HR process workshops, solution design activities, and SAP HCM configuration based on client business needs.

Translate HR requirements into functional specifications, system designs, and practical recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Configure and support core SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll, depending on project scope.

Plan and execute functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), investigate defects, and coordinate resolutions.

Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, process materials, and end-user training resources.
