In this role, you will coordinate project activities, oversee timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to facilitate onboarding, manage project documentation, and maintain high-quality nutrition and product data. Your work will contribute to improving digital product catalogs, nutrition databases, and customer experiences across the foodservice, restaurant, retail, and wellness industries. Accountabilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities across client accounts and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, status reports, and documentation to support effective project execution.

Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively address delays or delivery challenges.

Track project commitments and follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
