Role Description The Sales Manager will lead and manage the clinic’s sales operations, focusing on driving patient acquisition, revenue growth, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies aligned with clinic objectives. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding treatment offerings,



coordinating with dermatologists and clinic staff, and ensuring a seamless consultation-to-conversion process. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, manage partnerships and referrals, and support promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing. This is a full-time, in office role based at the VK Korean Derma Clinic in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or related service industries.
• Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and mentoring sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
