Role Description The Guest Services Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing front-line communication and support for clients and their customers. Day-to-day tasks include handling incoming calls and messages, greeting and assisting guests virtually, and coordinating schedules or appointments as needed. The role involves providing professional receptionist support, ensuring timely responses,



and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions. The Guest Services Coordinator also resolves basic customer inquiries, escalates complex issues appropriately, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive guest experience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Guest Services and Customer Service, with a focus on creating positive, professional guest interactions.
• Robust Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening in a remote setting.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties such as call handling, appointment scheduling, and message management.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and common office software for remote coordination.
