Roles and responsibilitiesGo-to-market and brand building
• Work with the founder to define our initial audience, positioning, and brand messaging.
• Develop and execute a practical launch and growth plan.
• Speak with potential and early users to understand their needs and motivations.
• Build a consistent brand voice across campaigns,



social media, and product communication.

Meta advertising
• Independently set up, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Develop ad concepts, write copy, and coordinate creative production.
• Test different creatives, messages, and campaign approaches within agreed budgets.
• Work with the product team to establish conversion tracking.
• Monitor acquisition costs and user actions, and use results to guide spending.

Organic social media and content
• Own the content calendar for Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop reels, scripts, captions, carousels, and product storytelling.
• Create content around daily devotion, festivals, cultural stories, and Dhaivabhoomi’s features.
• Produce easy content independently and collaborate with designers or editors when needed.
• Engage with the community and explore relevant creator collaborations.
