Role Description • Maintain controlled QMS / IMS documents including manuals, procedures, work instructions, formats, registers and master lists.
• Coordinate document issue, review, revision, approval, distribution, withdrawal and archival of obsolete copies.
• Prepare and maintain certification-related files for ISO, PED, NORSOK, ASME / BPE, customer approvals and other applicable audits.
• Compile audit evidence, document trackers, objective / KPI inputs, risk records, CAPA status and management review inputs.
• Support internal, customer and certification audits by arranging current documents, records, action trackers and closure evidence.




• Track NCRs, audit findings and CAPA actions and follow up with responsible departments for timely documented closure.
• Verify record completeness, signatures, dates, revision status, traceability and retention before filing or submission.
• Maintain secure soft-copy and hard-copy filing, backup, retrieval and confidentiality control for QMS and certification documents.
Qualifications

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Science, Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in QA/QMS documentation, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
Knowledge: ISO 9001, document control, audit preparation, CAPA tracking, record retention and traceability.
Preferred: Awareness of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PED, NORSOK, ASME / BPE and MS Office / Excel documentation systems.
