This person builds and runs the supply side of Help: recruiting and onboarding service vendors, shaping the service catalog, and turning day-to-day marketplace operations into repeatable processes as Help grows across Texas, Delaware and Maryland.

About HelpHelp is a mobile marketplace for booking home, event and specialty services, from deep cleaning and landscaping to event photography and party decor. Customers book in under two minutes with upfront, tiered pricing (Basic, Standard, Premium) and 30-minute scheduling slots. Every vendor is ID-verified, and vendors see their exact earnings before accepting an order, with weekly payouts through Stripe.
We currently serve Texas, Delaware and Maryland, and vendor registration is open. We are an early-stage team, so this hire will shape how our vendor network and operations are built from the ground up.




Key responsibilitiesVendor acquisition and onboarding• Build a pipeline of independent professionals and small service businesses in each market, through outreach, referrals, local partnerships and events.
• Own the onboarding flow end to end: profile setup, government ID verification, service subscription, availability and radius settings, and Stripe payout setup.
• Review and approve vendor applications within our 24-hour verification target, and keep quality and background standards consistent.
• Create onboarding guides, training materials and FAQs so recent vendors take their first order quickly.
• Track activation, from signup to first completed order, and remove friction where vendors drop off.

Service offerings and catalog management• Define and maintain the service catalog: services, Basic/Standard/Premium packages, variants and what each one includes.
• Set and review pricing with leadership, using competitor research, vendor earnings and customer demand.
