Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Merchandiser will coordinate between buyers, production, and internal teams to manage orders from sample development to bulk execution, ensuring product specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.



Responsibilities include preparing and following up on costing, approvals, and documentation; tracking production status; and resolving issues related to materials, trims, and packaging. The role involves analyzing trends and buyer requirements, supporting product development with design and fabric teams, and maintaining explicit records of orders, shipments, and compliance requirements. The Merchandiser will also support relationship management with buyers and vendors through timely communication and professional follow-up.
