Job Purpose:
The Associate Director, Product Owner - Workday DMS,
JLR& Security is responsible for maximising the value of the HR Workday Products by translating business needs into a prioritised backlog and leading delivery across the HR Workday product lifecycle, within strategic and financial guardrails set by the SD People Service and Reward and VP of HR Digital & Tech. Scope of Products includes the Workday Core HCM module, including all joiner/mover/leaver processes, Document Management module, and Security. They work closely with business stakeholders to define outcomes and ensure delivered functionality is usable, secure, compliant, supportable, and aligned to product strategy. The Workday HCM & Security Product Owner guides delivery teams to ensure requirements are clear, value-driven, and data-informed, while overseeing iterative delivery that improves product performance, adoption, and operational readiness.
