Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The person in this role will conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present product and service offerings,



and handle objections with a solutions-oriented approach. They will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or related tools, and following up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel. The role includes providing courteous and informed customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience that aligns with Posspole’s values. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share feedback from the market, meet individual and team targets, and contribute to continuous improvement of scripts and processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken English and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and ensure a positive caller
