Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a strategic VP of Performance Marketing to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.
• Implement SEO/SEM best practices to drive organic and paid traffic.
• Collaborate with design and product teams on successful go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
• Manage social media presence and community engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content creation.
• Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
