Role Description The Associate US Health Insurance Process – Voice Process role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi.

• Handling us insurance voice calls, claims, policies, coverage inquiries

• verify customer information, provide accurate and timely responses,

• s should possess knowledge of Insurance and US Health Insurance concepts.Candidate
• s should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English for voice-based customer interactions.Candidate
• s should possess Customer Service skills,



with the ability to handle queries and resolve concerns empathetically and professionally.Candidate
• s should possess basic Finance and Insurance Brokerage awareness to understand billing, premiums, and policy-related financial information.Candidate
• s should possess valuable listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with process guidelines and documentation tools.Relevant
• experience in a voice process, BPO, or healthcare/insurance domain is beneficial.A minimum
• of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.Willingne
• ss to work on-site in Kochi and in rotational shifts aligned with US business hours.
