Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Hardware Engineer – IoT & Embedded Systems to design, develop, prototype, and validate the electronic hardware behind Beckkon’s connected devices and gateway infrastructure.




You will work across the hardware development lifecycle, from component selection and schematic design to PCB layout, prototype bring-up, debugging, and functional testing. You will collaborate closely with firmware, software, and product teams to ensure that our devices are reliable, power-efficient, manufacturable, and ready for deployment in real-world environments.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving practical electronics problems and taking hardware products from design to working prototypes and field-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities1. Circuit & PCB Design
• Design and review electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts for IoT devices, smart ID cards, and gateways.
• Select suitable electronic components based on performance, power consumption, availability, cost, and reliability.
• Work with PCB design tools such as KiCad, Altium Designer, or equivalent EDA software.
