About This Role
This is an individual contributor role. Splits time in a project management capacity and supporting reporting and analytics.

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Project manager for various Finance Source To Pay (S2P) initiatives, including business and technical process changes, reporting enhancements, and application implementations. This includes managing projects through all phases: initiation, where project scope, objectives, and deliverables are defined in collaboration with stakeholders; planning, involving the development of detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies; execution, coordinating and overseeing the implementation of project activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines; monitoring and controlling, tracking project progress, managing changes, and addressing any issues to ensure the project stays on track; and closing, ensuring successful project completion, including final deliverables, project documentation, and post-implementation reviews.

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
• Timeline Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, issues, and changes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
