Role Description The Event Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, exhibitions, and brand activations. This role oversees the entire event lifecycle,



including concept development, budgeting, vendor and stakeholder coordination, resource allocation, timelines, and on-site management. The Event Manager collaborates closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing event proposals and schedules, supervising production and installation activities, managing logistics and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves post-event evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and management, including end-to-end coordination of corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, timeline
