Role Description The Demand Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for forecasting and managing demand for travel packages, coordinating with sales and operations teams to align supply with customer needs, and optimizing inventory and pricing strategies. The Demand Manager monitors booking trends, analyzes market data, and develops promotional plans to drive occupancy and revenue for various tour segments, including leisure, corporate, and institutional groups.



The position also involves maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, reviewing performance reports, and suggesting improvements to ensure efficient resource utilization and high customer satisfaction. The Demand Manager collaborates closely with management to support strategic growth initiatives and ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications

• Robust analytical and forecasting abilities to manage demand, pricing, and inventory for multiple travel product lines.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related service industry, with familiarity in corporate and group travel operations.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM or booking systems, and basic data analysis tools for reporting and performance tracking.
