About the Role

eHack Academy is looking for a energetic, result-oriented professional to lead business operations, drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the EdTech and cybersecurity training industry.

The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with business development expertise to build scalable processes, increase student enrolments, establish corporate relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning of academic and administrative teams.
- Develop operational processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems.




- Improve student experience, service delivery, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, placement teams, and management.

Business Development & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, student admissions, and market reach.
- Build partnerships with colleges, universities, corporates, and recruitment organizations.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, institutional tie-ups, and B2B sales.
- Drive lead conversion, sales performance, and customer relationship management.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and expansion strategies.

Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and monitor teams against defined business targets.
- Establish KPIs, review performance, and implement improvement plans.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
