Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads through online research, databases, social platforms, and industry resources, focusing on target segments such as legal, finance, and education.



The role involves building and maintaining prospect lists, initiating outreach via email, phone, and messaging tools, and coordinating with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities. The specialist will track lead activity in CRM or lead management tools, prepare basic reports on pipeline status and performance, and refine lead generation strategies based on data and feedback. Collaboration with marketing and sales to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and support campaign execution is expected.
