About docfliq
docfliq is a medical knowledge company. For the last five years we have run programmes for doctors across Asia and the Middle East, working with seven of the top ten global pharma companies. We are now opening our own platform, where healthcare professionals learn, share cases, do courses and connect with each other.
The role
We are looking for a doctor to work closely with our Founder and Managing Director, reporting directly to him, as we grow the platform and our partnerships. It is a wide role, and you will spend a lot of your time with senior people.
What you will do
• Bring doctors and other healthcare professionals onto the platform, and work out what keeps them coming back
• Work with KOLs, faculty and medical societies to build courses and programmes
• Own the medical content along with our medical team
• Use the platform the way a doctor would, and work with our tech team till it works the way a doctor needs it to
• Represent docfliq at congresses, society meetings and client meetings, alongside our Founder and Managing Director





You will work closely with leading specialists, society office bearers, and medical and marketing heads at global pharma companies. Excellent exposure if you want to build your career on the industry side of medicine.
Who we are looking for
• MBBS required. MD Pharmacology or Physiology is very welcome
• You have chosen a career outside clinical practice
• A few years in medical affairs, medical content, a doctor learning platform, a health technology team or consulting. If you have started something of your own, we would like to hear about it
• More than the CV, we care that you write well, you are comfortable with senior people, you use AI tools every day and you get things done

Good to know
• Based in Mumbai
• Travel about one week a month, within India and overseas
• This role is not the right fit if you are preparing for NEET PG
