Explore Weekend Pvt Ltd is a Kochi-based travel company that plans complete, hassle-free holidays for families, couples, friends and groups.
Enquiries come in every day by phone and WhatsApp. We're looking for a Travel Consultant to own them: reply fast, understand what the traveller really wants, send an accurate quote, follow up properly and close the booking.
What you'll do
• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries, and reply within minutes, not hours
• Understand each traveller's dates, group size, budget and expectations
• Prepare explicit, accurate quotes using our costing sheets
• Follow up on every open quote until there's a clear yes or no
• Confirm bookings, collect advances and hand over complete files to operations
• Keep every lead updated in our CRM
Who we're looking for
• Graduate in any discipline, 0–1 year of experience. Freshers are welcome
• Fluent in Malayalam and English, spoken and written
• Comfortable talking to customers on the phone all day
• Careful with numbers and details
• Willing to work weekends with a rostered weekday off
• Hindi or Tamil is a plus
