About the role
Route Mobile is seeking a customer-facing
Presales professional with strong, proven experience in cloud communications
(CPaaS) and AI-led customer engagement. You will own technical discovery,
solution architecture, product demonstrations, RFP responses and
proof-of-concept engagements across enterprise opportunities in APAC. The role
combines deep messaging-channel expertise with the ability to position and
solution conversational AI capabilities through Heltar and related
customer-engagement platforms.
Core responsibilities
Own the end-to-end presales technical cycle: qualification, discovery, solution design, demonstrations, RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, POCs,



technical validation and structured implementation handover.
Architect customer solutions across WhatsApp Business Platform/API, RCS Business Messaging, A2P/2-way SMS, Email, Voice/WhatsApp Calling and relevant channels such as Viber.
Lead AI-led solutioning using Heltar: conversational AI/GenAI agents, knowledge-grounded FAQs, multilingual experiences, automated journeys, live-agent handover and CRM/backend integration use cases.
Translate enterprise use cases into architecture diagrams, API flows, integration specifications, scope assumptions, technical proposals, effort estimates and success criteria.
Demonstrate robust hands-on knowledge of messaging concepts: onboarding, templates, opt-in/consent, sessions, webhooks, delivery reports, throughput, failover, campaign orchestration and channel-specific compliance.
Lead workshops and compelling demos with enterprise customers, partners and Sales teams; communicate
