Role Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing the invoicing and collection process to ensure timely and accurate cash flow. This role includes preparing and issuing invoices, tracking payments, following up on outstanding accounts, and maintaining up-to-date records in accounting systems. The specialist will communicate with clients regarding billing questions, payment arrangements, and account reconciliations,



while escalating issues when necessary. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring aging reports, supporting month-end closing activities, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to improve accounts receivable procedures.
