Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager – GT – Personal Care role based in Dehradun, covering the Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh markets. The Area Sales Manager will oversee general trade (GT) sales operations for personal care products,



ensuring achievement of sales targets and market expansion in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing distributor and retailer relationships, driving product placements, executing trade marketing initiatives, and monitoring stock levels and order flows. The role involves regular market visits, competitor and consumer analysis, and timely reporting of sales performance and key insights to management. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams for promotions, merchandising, and route planning while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation.

• Strong sales and business development skills in general trade, ideally within the personal care, FMCG, or related consumer goods sectors.
