About the Role
We are looking for a highly trustworthy, proactive, and organized Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder and ensure smooth coordination across business functions. The role will act as a central point of coordination, helping drive execution, track progress, and ensure key decisions and action items are followed through—even when the Founder is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Operations: Oversee and review progress across departments, identify gaps, and ensure teams are aligned with business priorities.
• Execution & Follow-ups: Track meetings, decisions, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely completion and accountability.
• Founder’s Office: Act as a trusted point of contact and support business continuity in the Founder’s absence.
• Program Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution.
• Leadership Meetings: Organize key meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and maintain clear action trackers.




• Board Meetings: Coordinate board meeting preparation, maintain meeting notes, and track decisions and follow-up actions.
• Fundraising Support: Assist with investment-raising activities, investor coordination, and preparation of relevant business information.
• Finance & Compliance Coordination: Work closely with the CA and CS teams on financial, compliance, and corporate matters.
• Process Improvement: Review existing workflows and help establish efficient systems, reporting structures, and operating processes.

Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, Founder’s Office, or a similar role.
• High integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling confidential business information.
• Solid ownership, organizational, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management abilities.
