Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented UI/UX Design Senior Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Exceptional written, verbal,
and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
