Role Overview
Find schools in your city or district, pitch Ghosla to principals and owners, and help them sign up. Alongside sales,
spread the Ghosla brand online and in your local education community — with full training and scripts from our team.
Key Responsibilities — Sales
• Build a list of private schools in your city / district
• Reach principals & owners via call, WhatsApp, email and visits
• Book and run online or in office product demos
• Follow up and help schools complete onboarding
• Keep leads updated in the shared tracker
Key Responsibilities — Marketing
• Share Ghosla content on social media and school/teacher groups
• Help create posts and reels for Instagram & LinkedIn
• Collect school feedback and suggest better pitches
• Represent Ghosla at local education events
