Role Description This is a remote, contract role for US Voice & Accent Trainers supporting international BPO teams. The trainer will conduct regular virtual sessions to help learners improve US English pronunciation, intonation, stress patterns, and overall spoken clarity. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering training modules, providing individual and group coaching, monitoring learner progress, and giving structured feedback. The role involves creating exercises and practice materials tailored to call center and customer service scenarios, collaborating with training managers, and refining programs based on performance metrics and learner needs. The trainer is expected to maintain professional training standards, prepare reports on participant development, and adapt techniques to diverse learning styles.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Music Theory and Music Education,



with the ability to apply these concepts to rhythm, pitch, and intonation in spoken language.
• Experience in Vocal Coaching and Vocal Instruction, focusing on clear articulation, vocal control, and confident delivery in US English.
• Background in providing Voice Lessons or similar one-on-one or small-group training, including structured practice and performance feedback.
• Demonstrated expertise in US voice and accent training, particularly for customer-facing or call center environments.
• Excellent command of US English, including pronunciation, grammar, and neutral accent suitable for international audiences.
• Prior experience training adult learners or professionals, preferably in BPO, customer service, or corporate training settings.
• Solid communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage remote learners and manage virtual classrooms.
