Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and provide warm, personalized service.
* Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely service.
* Maintain menu knowledge and recommend dishes, beverages, and specials.
* Follow service standards, hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness protocols.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
* Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
* Promote upselling to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
* Ensure accurate billing and POS operations.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in F&B; service.
* Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
* Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
* Professional grooming and a customer-first attitude.
* Ability to work in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
