Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role for real estate sales based in Koramangala, North Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals, oversee daily sales operations, and ensure achievement of sales targets for primary real estate projects. Key responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting property presentations and site visits,



negotiating deals, and managing the end-to-end sales process with buyers. The role involves building strong relationships with builders and brokers, maintaining accurate sales and inventory reports, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. The Sales Manager is expected to provide excellent customer service, mentor team members, and uphold the company’s standards of transparency and professionalism in all transactions.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property, with a solid understanding of primary residential and commercial projects.
