Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Tekansa’s technology and digital services. This full time, on-site role in Noida includes researching target markets, building and maintaining prospect lists, and using multiple channels (such as email, phone, and social platforms)



to initiate contact with potential clients. The specialist will engage prospects, understand their needs, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking outreach activities, preparing basic reports on lead performance, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine targeting strategies. The role requires proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and a results-oriented approach to support Tekansa’s growth objectives.
Qualifications

• Ability to generate and manage New Leads and execute effective Lead Generation activities.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with prospects and internal teams.
