To understand the production flow process and accurately maintain all production-related accounting records in the system with proper time management and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assign daily work to workers as per requirements and ensure timely issue and receipt entries in the system.
- Accurately book stage-wise losses in the production process.
- Prepare daily production accounting reports and share them with seniors/concerned personnel.
- Perform daily physical stock counts, tally results, and ensure they match with the system stock.
- Immediately report any discrepancies or variances to superiors.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
The individual must be competent to:
- Complete all assigned daily tasks and update all system entries accurately and on time.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in stock tallying and stage-wise loss booking.
- Ensure timely submission of daily reports.

Role Specification
Qualification:
12th Pass & above (Any discipline)
Techno-functional Skills:
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excel proficiency is a must
- Basic understanding of production accounting (training can be provided)
