Role Purpose

Streamline the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery delays, robust analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent coordination abilities to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process sales orders, create purchase requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory databases.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and transport vendors to ensure on-time delivery and dispatch.
- Update daily Management Information Systems (MIS) trackers, monitor delivery SLAs,



and prepare shipping reports.
- Liaise with the sales, finance, and procurement teams for invoice processing, goods receipt notes (GRN), and stock reconciliation.
- Investigate transit delays, lost shipments, and damaged materials to provide timely updates to stakeholders

- Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
