About the role:

At Zamp, we’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial talent who want to learn what it takes to build and grow a business. This isn’t a narrow role with a fixed playbook. You’ll work alongside the leadership team, take ownership of meaningful work from day one, and see the direct impact of what you deliver.

Think of it as a front-row seat to building a mini-startup inside a startup. You’ll work closely with customers, help identify what needs to happen, and bring the right people and resources together to get it done. As you prove yourself, your scope grows with you, with explicit visibility into how your work contributes to the business.

Tracks

Based on your strengths and interests, you’ll join one of three tracks:

Customer Implementation: Help take customers from kickoff to successful delivery and ongoing value. You’ll drive day-to-day execution, track milestones, and build strong relationships with customer stakeholders. You’ll learn to balance customer outcomes, delivery quality, timelines, and commercial performance, spotting risks early and keeping teams aligned so customers see the value Zamp set out to deliver.

GTM: Help find and pursue new business opportunities. You’ll research target accounts, engage with decision-makers,



and learn to understand their priorities and make a compelling case for how Zamp can help. You’ll support the full sales journey, from prospecting and discovery through pitching, negotiation, and handoff, while building a sharp understanding of the market and what it takes to win.

Delivery Excellence: Help the team deliver better and faster by building the in-house tools, processes, and best practices that make great execution repeatable. You’ll identify friction in how work gets done, develop practical solutions, and work closely with teams to put them into use. Your goal: help Zamp move at the speed of light without compromising quality or customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take clear ownership of your track’s goals, priorities, and results, with accountability for delivering outcomes.

- Work directly with customers and senior leaders, building trusted relationships and prioritising customer experience and satisfaction.

- Turn ambiguous challenges into practical plans, then drive those plans through to execution.

- Collaborate across teams, bring people together around shared outcomes, and address issues before they slow progress.

- Use customer and business feedback to improve how Zamp sells, delivers, and operates.

- Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly, and make decisions with both customer impact and business performance in mind.

- Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives beyond your track, such as partnerships and alliances, new market entry, innovation projects, and hiring for key roles.

Qualifications & Skill Set Required :

- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in management, strategy, consulting,



sales, operations, or a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Economics. An MBA is a plus.

- A strong owner’s mindset: you take responsibility, follow through, and care about results.

- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.

- Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, and clear written and verbal communication that aligns people and keeps momentum.

- Comfort working in a fast-changing environment where you’ll help create the playbook rather than wait for one.
