- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales staff to foster a high-performance culture.

- Customer Acquisition: Build lasting relationships with key clients, local partners, and channel networks.

- Operations & Compliance: Monitor daily workflows, maintain CRM records, and adhere to regulatory and company policies.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with credit, inventory, and operations teams to streamline customer processing
