About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Video Editor to lead video output for our remote creative team. We want someone who owns the edit end to end, sets the creative standard, and knows what makes an ad convert, not only what makes it look good.

This role is for you if:

- You own projects from brief to final export
- You think in hooks and retention, not just cuts
- You enjoy guiding junior editors
- You bring ideas before anyone asks for them

This role is not for you if:
- You need direction on every single edit
- Looks matter more to you than results
- Giving or taking feedback feels uncomfortable

What You Will Do

- Lead edits for ads, Reels, Shorts and long-form videos
- Write strong hooks and build high-retention stories
- Create advanced motion graphics and animated titles
- Own colour grading and the final audio mix
- Use ad performance data to shape the next round of creatives




- Review and guide the work of junior editors
- Build templates and workflows that speed up the team
- Hit tight turnarounds without losing quality

What You Need

Technical

- Advanced Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong After Effects: motion graphics and keyframing
- 3D tracking, masking and plugin workflows
- Skilled colour grading and audio mixing
- Export settings for Meta, YouTube and Instagram

Experience & Creative
- 2+ years of work experience in video editing
- A portfolio of performance ads or social content
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and typography
- Ability to give clear feedback and run reviews
