Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities: Manage a team of Regional Lead HR who are responsible for staffing requirements, Business Partnering and stakeholder management within their designated vertical.

Functional Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the Regional HR Lead team maintain optimal staffing Level.
- Monitor the performance of the Regional HR Lead team in meeting recruitment targets and ensuring current and future manning levels are maintained at satisfactory levels.
- Provide guidance and support to Regional Lead HR team members to address any challenges and optimize recruitment efforts.




- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management and other key stakeholders within the organization for HR-related matters within the designated vertical.
- Work closely with the Regional HR Lead team to identify challenges, and opportunities within their respective regions and develop strategies to address them.
- Utilize data to inform decision-making processes and measure the effectiveness of team.
- Monitor the progress of actionable items identified during one-on-one meetings and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain effective turnaround times for releasing offers to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

9 Analyze attrition trends and identify root causes to implement preventive measures.
