Role Description The Telesales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote solar solutions, explain product features and benefits, and generate qualified leads.

The Telesales

Specialist will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide customers through the initial stages of the sales process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up on leads, coordinating with field sales and service teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets.



The role also includes supporting customers with basic queries, gathering feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales scripts and customer engagement practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Sales skills, including telesales, lead generation, and basic negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn product details quickly and share knowledge with customers and team members.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM or call management tools, comfort with targets and performance metrics, and basic understanding of solar or renewable energy products.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, maintain punctuality, and collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams.
