Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across CIEL Media’s social platforms, aligned with ongoing shows, interviews, and brand narratives.

Responsibilities include assisting in social media content creation (posts, clips, captions, stories, and reels), monitoring engagement, responding to audience interactions where appropriate,



and gathering insights to refine content strategies. The intern will help track performance metrics, identify trends, and collaborate with the content and production teams to ensure consistency in tone and visual identity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with the team during shoots, edits, and campaign launches.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) and current content trends.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics for social media.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in culture, entertainment, and entrepreneurship; prior internship or project experience in media or content creation is an advantage.
