Role Description The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at project locations in Ajmer, ensuring that interior and construction work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients; monitoring progress; managing site resources; and resolving issues that may affect schedule or quality.

The Site

Manager will supervise site teams, enforce safety protocols, and maintain clear documentation of work completed, materials used, and any changes to the project scope. The role also involves conducting regular site inspections, reporting status updates to management, and supporting seamless handover of finished spaces to clients.

Qualifications





- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience managing multiple activities, timelines, and stakeholders on interior or construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, with familiarity in space planning, materials, finishes, and basic construction techniques.
- Proficiency in communication and documentation, including daily reporting, maintaining site records, and collaborating effectively with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements on construction sites, with the ability to implement and monitor safety practices for all team members.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address site-level issues, manage changes, and maintain quality within project constraints.
- Relevant experience in interior fit-out, civil works, or construction project management; prior experience in premium residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Comfort working full-time in an on-site role in Ajmer, with flexibility to manage project schedules and deadlines as required.
