About the Role

At Skillinabox, we believe skills can change lives. We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who understands social media beyond just scrolling through it — someone who spots trends, thinks creatively, and knows how to create content that makes people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging content ideas, captions, hooks, and creatives for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Research trending audio, formats, and content styles relevant to our audience.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to improve brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Brainstorm fresh ideas for Reels, posts, stories, and other digital content.




- Track content performance and identify what works and what needs improvement.
- Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and relevant interactions.
- Stay updated with social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Only candidates who meet the following criteria should apply:

- Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Noida.
- Can join immediately and commit to a 6-month internship.
- Have relevant skills or a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and work.
- Possess positive written communication skills and a basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Are willing to learn, accept feedback, experiment, and grow in a high-performance environment.

Compensation & Benefits

- Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.
