Role Description This full-time, on-site Site Engineer role is based in Hajipur.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is executed as per design, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating with civil and electrical engineers, monitoring progress against project schedules, and reporting site status to project management. The role involves conducting site inspections, implementing quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations,



and resolving technical or operational issues that arise during construction.

The Site

Engineer will also liaise with contractors, suppliers, and client representatives to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment, managing daily site operations and field teams.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience in quality control practices, including inspections, documentation, and compliance with industry and project standards.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices relevant to road, electrical, and civil infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline; relevant skilled certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Understanding of construction safety regulations and ability to promote a safe work environment.
- Prior experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in infrastructure or road projects is preferred.
- Ability to use basic project management and site reporting tools; familiarity with construction-related software is beneficial.
