Script Assist

India

? Ahmedabad or Bengalaru | UK business hours

? Typically 3–8 years’ relevant experience

? Notice periods up to 45 days welcome

? Bring your EHR expertise to the next generation of private healthcare

You know how healthcare software works. You can understand a customer’s workflows, design the right configuration, explain the product confidently and take an implementation through to go-live.

Now imagine owning that entire journey—and remaining the person the customer trusts as their business grows.

Script Assist is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant with experience implementing, configuring and optimising Electronic Health Record (EHR), Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Electronic Patient Record (EPR) or Hospital Information System (HIS / HMIS) platforms.

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across Oracle Health / Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Altera / Allscripts, Epic, NextGen Healthcare, InterSystems TrakCare, MEDITECH, athenahealth, Dedalus or comparable healthcare software.

You may currently work at an EHR vendor, a healthcare technology company, or within the healthcare technology consulting teams of PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCLTech or CitiusTech.

If you built your product expertise at an EHR vendor and subsequently moved into healthcare technology consulting, we would particularly like to hear from you.

? About Script Assist

Script Assist is building the technology and operating infrastructure behind next-generation private healthcare in the UK.

Our platform already supports tens of thousands of prescriptions every month, with established scale in medical cannabis and expansion into ADHD, weight management, longevity and specialist private medicine.

We bring together the workflows that clinics, pharmacies and healthcare operators need to run their services:

- Patient onboarding and patient portals
- Clinical consultations and scheduling
- Prescribing and repeat prescriptions
- Pharmacy, dispensing and inventory
- Payments and operational workflows
- Patient communications, reporting and integrations

Every customer operates differently. Your role is to understand those differences, design the right solution and help each customer get the best from Script Assist.

You will work directly with UK healthcare customers and closely with our leadership, Product and Engineering teams—with real influence over customer delivery and product development.

? The opportunity

You will become a product expert and trusted client lead for UK clinics, pharmacies and healthcare operators.

You will understand their operations, design their workflows, configure their solution, demonstrate the product, train their teams and guide them through implementation.

After go-live, you will retain ownership of the relationship, helping customers resolve problems, improve adoption and develop how they use the platform.

The role brings together

- EHR implementation and functional consulting
- Clinical and operational workflow design
- Application configuration and solution design
- Client workshops, product demonstrations and training
- UAT, go-live and post-implementation optimisation

- Ongoing client ownership and stakeholder management

⚙️ What you will own

- Lead client discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
- Map clinical and operational processes into clear system workflows.

EHR application configuration

- Configure or lead the configuration of modules, forms, clinical templates, user roles, permissions, rules and system settings.
- Understand how configuration decisions affect the wider patient, clinician and pharmacy journey.
- Work across registration, appointments, clinical documentation, prescribing, medication management, work queues, patient portals and payments.
- Identify which requirements can be met through configuration and which need integration or product development.

Implementation and go-live
- Own customer delivery from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, training and go-live.
- Coordinate data migration, integrations and customer dependencies with specialist teams.
- Lead UAT preparation, issue resolution and go-live readiness.
- Deliver product demonstrations, workflow walkthroughs and user training.
- Manage hypercare and the transition into ongoing platform use.

Client consulting and relationship ownership
- Lead meetings with clinicians, operational managers and senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Explain system behaviour and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Manage expectations, priorities, actions and escalations.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of each customer’s workflows, configuration and objectives.
- Build lasting relationships through product knowledge, sound judgement and reliable follow-through.

Post-implementation optimisation
- Remain directly involved after go-live.
- Improve adoption, workflows, configuration and user confidence.
- Diagnose issues involving permissions, data, configuration, training, integrations or software behaviour.
- Translate product gaps into clear requirements for Product and Engineering.
- Validate fixes and follow issues through to resolution.
