Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Bitwin will be responsible for improving the platform’s organic visibility and search performance across major search engines. This full-time on-site role, based in Indore, involves conducting keyword research, performing regular SEO audits, and optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and content structure. The specialist will develop and execute link-building strategies, monitor performance using web analytics tools, and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Day-to-day work includes collaborating with content, product,



and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into platform updates and campaigns, and staying current with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO.
- Candidates should possess skills in conducting comprehensive SEO audits and identifying technical and content-related improvements.
- Candidates should possess skills in link building, including outreach and managing high-quality backlinks.
- Candidates should possess skills in web analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog or equivalent).
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
