Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Sales Specialist.
The Sales
Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, managing relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.
The Sales
Specialist will also be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for our sales team.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in Sales
- Experience in Sales Management
- Experience in developing and conducting Sales Training programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the scrap metal industry is a plus
