Role Description The SAP SuccessFactors Expert is a full time role based in India offered on a hybrid working model with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to support clients’ HR processes and transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, performing system testing, and supporting integrations with complementary HR Tech AI tools.

The expert will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal consultants to provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, create documentation, and deliver user training and best-practice guidance.



The position also includes contributing to continuous improvement, staying current with SAP SuccessFactors updates, and supporting pre-sales or solution design activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise, including configuration, administration, and support of key modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning).
- Experience with HR process design and optimization, including requirements gathering, solution design, and testing within HR technology implementations.
- Knowledge of HR Tech AI ecosystems and integrations, ideally with platforms such as Eightfold AI or similar talent and skills-based solutions.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication, user training, and documentation, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in hybrid teams, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes within consulting or project-based environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications and prior experience in HR transformation or HR consulting are highly beneficial.
