Role Overview
Find schools in your city or district, pitch Ghosla to principals and owners, and help them sign up. Alongside sales, spread the Ghosla brand online and in your local education community — with full training and scripts from our team.
Key Responsibilities — Sales
- Build a list of private schools in your city / district
- Reach principals & owners via call, WhatsApp, email and visits
- Book and run online or on-site product demos
- Follow up and help schools complete onboarding
- Keep leads updated in the shared tracker
Key Responsibilities — Marketing
- Share Ghosla content on social media and school/teacher groups
- Help create posts and reels for Instagram & LinkedIn
- Collect school feedback and suggest better pitches
- Represent Ghosla at local education events

Who Should Apply
- Students or recent graduates from any stream (BBA, MBA, B.Ed, BA, B.Com, B.Tech and others)
- Confident in Hindi and English; a regional language is a plus
- Comfortable calling and meeting new people — and handling a "no" without losing energy
- Basic WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Zoom / Google Meet skills
- Self-driven, able to work remotely with daily targets
- Contacts in local schools or coaching centres are a strong plus; prior sales experience is good to have, not required
What Success Looks Like
- Week 1: Complete product training; list 50+ schools in your area
- Weeks 2–3: Contact 30+ schools; book at least 5 demos
- Week 4: Close your first school — your stipend starts here
- Months 2–3: Close 2+ schools a month; help create local marketing content
