Role Description The Reservation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Shirdi. This role is responsible for handling reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online channels, confirming bookings, and updating reservation systems accurately.

The Reservation

Executive will assist guests with room selection, rates, and special requests, while coordinating with front office and sales teams to optimize occupancy and revenue. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate guest records, responding promptly to queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and following hotel policies and procedures.



The role also involves upselling services and packages where appropriate, and providing courteous, professional service at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and internal teams.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive guest relationships.
- Experience with Reservations management, including booking processes, reservation systems, and accurate data entry.
- Sales skills to promote hotel services, upsell room types, and contribute to revenue generation.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or reservations is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Rahta, including adaptable schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel reservation software or property management systems is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
