Role Description The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities in office at the Sonipat manufacturing facility in a full-time capacity. This role includes monitoring and optimizing production processes, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring resource utilization aligns with output targets.

The Production

Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement production plans, maintain equipment performance, and troubleshoot operational issues. A key part of the role is supporting quality control procedures, ensuring that products meet company and regulatory standards,



and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position also involves preparing production reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating clearly with supervisors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering skills, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills and Production Planning abilities to interpret data, forecast requirements, and optimize workflows.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to support inspection procedures, ensure compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field) would be beneficial.
- Experience in packaging, containers, or similar manufacturing environments, along with familiarity with safety practices and lean or TPM methodologies, would be advantageous.
